Thanks so much for all your help so far with our move of Mom.

Just a note to tell you how much we appreciate our housekeeper. She is always pleasant, cooperative, and very helpful. We agree that ours is a dusty apartment, so it can be challenging to clean, but she does a great job! Thankful for her!

We continue to be so grateful for the love, care and attention that is given to our parents at Lilydale. They could not have found a better place to come home to.

The best part of our experience was the staff. I hope you know how comforting it was when we all walked away and knew they were cared for. The gals in the Memory Unit do their work like they love the residents. That is something that cannot be taught, it comes from within their hearts - The nursing staff, housekeeping and maintenance & kitchen also are all outstanding also. Thanks for the good experience!

Exquisite - that was the holiday party. The food was extraordinary but we know we have the best chef there is! It was so fun to see staff and their families. Thanks again for the wonderful event!
